Organisational memory the AI can actually use.

A wiki where pages link to the records they describe. Public articles drive the customer portal KB; internal articles ground every AI answer in your own knowledge.

What Docs does for you

Cyril’s Docs module is organisational memory: pages, spaces, mentions, and search. Pages link to the accounts, contacts and deals they mention, and Ask Cyril answers from them for people with access to the space.

Pages, spaces, search

Standard wiki shape. Rich text, tables, code blocks, mentions, and full-text search out of the box.

Linked to records

Mention an account, a contact or a deal and the page links straight to that record.

Powers the AI

Internal docs are what every Cyril agent retrieves from. Update a doc and the answers update with it, with no retraining and no fine-tuning.

Permissions you control

Page-level visibility: everyone in the org, chosen teams, or named people. Public pages render on the customer portal; private ones never leave the org.

AI answers are only as good as what you write down.

Most AI assistants make things up because they don’t have your team’s tribal knowledge. Docs is where you write that knowledge down once, and every agent in every app uses it straight away.

  • Update a doc and every agent’s answer updates
  • Public pages drive the customer KB
  • Mentioning an account links the page to its record

Update a page and every agent’s answer updates with it.

Internal docs are retrieval sources for every Cyril agent, so the knowledge base and the AI’s knowledge are the same thing rather than two copies that drift. No retraining and no fine-tuning is involved — and space access still applies, so Ask Cyril answers only from spaces the person asking can open.

  • Docs are the retrieval source, so there is one version of the truth
  • Ask Cyril reads only the spaces the person asking can open
  • Public pages render in the customer portal; private ones never leave

Common Docs questions

Can I import from existing wikis?

Yes. Upload Markdown, HTML or Word files, or a whole Confluence space export. You review where each page will land before anything is filed, and an import can be undone afterwards. There is no Notion importer.

Is this a replacement for a full wiki product?

For pages, spaces, mentions and search over your own records, yes. For deep publishing workflows — editorial approval chains, versioned public documentation sites — a dedicated product will do more. The trade is that a dedicated product’s pages are not on the graph your AI reads.

Who can see a page?

Page-level visibility: everyone in the org, chosen teams, or named people. Ask Cyril respects space access, so keep anything sensitive in a space limited to the people who should see it.

Does linking a page to a record change who can read it?

No. A mention links the page to the account, contact or deal; it does not widen access to either. Someone who cannot open the page cannot follow the link into it.
