Yes. Cyril charges per staff seat and every seat includes every module — Sales, projects, support, docs, financials, automation, and AI. There are no module add-ons or feature tiers that gate core functionality.
A generous AI credit allowance is bundled with every seat. AI is not a separate billable product. Top-up packs are available at published rates when you need more capacity.
No. Client portal users (your customers) are free and unlimited on every tier. You pay per staff seat only.
Yes. When your seat count moves into the next band, your per-seat rate adjusts to that band's published price. Mid-contract seat additions are pro-rated at your contracted rate.

Multi-year contracts (12, 24, or 36 months) are available with a published discount. Your price is locked for the contract term — platform price increases never apply to active contracts.
