Does every seat get the full platform?
Yes. Cyril charges per staff seat and every seat includes every module: Sales, Projects, Support, Docs, Finance, Automation and AI. There are no module add-ons or feature tiers that gate core functionality.
What about AI usage?
A generous AI credit allowance is bundled with every seat. AI is not a separate billable product. Top-up packs are available at published rates when you need more capacity.
Do you charge for read-only or portal users?
No. Client portal users, your customers, are free and unlimited on every plan. You pay per staff seat only.
Can I switch bands as my team grows?
Yes. When your seat count moves into the next band, your per-seat rate adjusts to that band’s published price. Seats added mid-contract are pro-rated at your contracted rate.
Is there a free trial?
Not yet. Cyril is pre-launch: early access is through the waitlist, and there is no self-serve signup or free trial today. Join the waitlist and we will invite you when access opens.
Do you offer annual billing?
Multi-year contracts of 12, 24 or 36 months are available with a published discount. Your price is locked for the contract term, and platform price increases never apply to active contracts.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or education?
Yes. Verified nonprofits and educational institutions get discounted pricing. Contact us to discuss eligibility.
