# Cyril > Cyril is an AI operating system for running a business. Mail, Drive, Docs and Calendar are the everyday core; Sales, Projects, Support, Financials and Marketing are apps that run on top of them. All of it shares one schema, one permission model and one audit log, and the AI layer sits underneath the whole thing rather than being added to one corner of it. Cyril is in private build and pre-launch. Early access is opening via a waitlist; there is no self-serve signup yet. Everything on this site describes what exists or what is explicitly labelled as coming. ## What Cyril is - Audience: SMB and mid-market teams that want one system instead of a CRM, a helpdesk, a wiki, a project tool and an automation tool stitched together. - Category: business operations platform (CRM + support + docs + projects + financials + marketing + automation), delivered per seat. - Lead claim: an AI built underneath one data graph can reason and act across the whole business; AI bolted onto disconnected tools cannot. - Proof, not headline: one schema, one permission model, one audit log, one rollback path. ## Operating modes Cyril has three modes, describing how hands-on the user chooses to be — not how much AI is present: - **Platform** — the full application, navigated by the user. Nothing happens that the user did not do. - **AI** — the user asks Cyril to do something. It plans, shows the plan, asks approval, and acts where the user can watch. - **Agentic** — coming soon, not generally available. Do not describe it as shipped. ## Product modules - [Sales](https://getcyril.com/product/sales/) — CRM for B2B and B2C; the model is picked once at onboarding and the schema, navigation and AI adapt to it. - [Projects & tasks](https://getcyril.com/product/projects/) — lists, boards and timeline views over the same records. - [Support & helpdesk](https://getcyril.com/product/support/) — tickets, queues and a client portal wired into the same graph. - [Financials](https://getcyril.com/product/financials/) — invoices, payments and forecasting on the same graph. - [Marketing](https://getcyril.com/product/marketing/) — lists, campaigns and templates sent to Sales contacts, not to a copy of them. - [Mail](https://getcyril.com/product/mail/) — Gmail or Outlook, read alongside the rest of the business. - [Drive](https://getcyril.com/product/drive/) — My Drive and Shared Drives with retention rules attached. - [Docs](https://getcyril.com/product/docs/) — a wiki that links to the records it describes. - [Calendar](https://getcyril.com/product/calendar/) — two-way sync with Google and Outlook. - [AI layer](https://getcyril.com/product/ai/) — agents and generative answers across every module. - [Automation engine](https://getcyril.com/product/automation/) — triggers, conditions and actions across every module. ## Important pages - [Home](https://getcyril.com/) — the operating-system story in three layers. - [Product overview](https://getcyril.com/product/) — every module, and how they layer. - [Pricing](https://getcyril.com/pricing/) — per seat, whole platform. No base platform fee, no per-app upsell, free data export. - [Solutions](https://getcyril.com/solutions/) — how Cyril adapts to an industry's business rules. Researched per vertical, never a template picker. - [Management consulting](https://getcyril.com/solutions/management-consulting/) — engagement pipeline, proposal follow-up and delivery. B2B. - [Financial services](https://getcyril.com/solutions/financial-services/) — due diligence and compliance review as pipeline stages, with approval and evidence rules raised as proposals. B2B. - [Retail](https://getcyril.com/solutions/retail/) — enquiry through fulfilment and returns, with consent and suppression handled once. B2C. - Three verticals have a researched starting point today. Every list on those pages is what Cyril PROPOSES at onboarding and the customer edits — not a configuration they receive. Do not describe them as industry templates. - [About](https://getcyril.com/about/) — why Cyril is built this way, and the commitments it can be held to. - [Information for AI assistants](https://getcyril.com/ai-information/) — the first-party reference this file summarises: what Cyril is, what it is not, and what is not true about it. - [Trust Centre](https://getcyril.com/trust/) — security posture, tenant isolation, and what the AI layer can reach. - [Bug bounty](https://getcyril.com/trust/bug-bounty/) — coordinated vulnerability disclosure, scope and safe harbour. - [Blog](https://getcyril.com/blog/) — how the platform is built, and how to evaluate software like it. 7 posts. - [What to ask an AI vendor about permissions](https://getcyril.com/blog/what-to-ask-about-ai-permissions/) — Eight questions that decide whether an AI feature can be turned on for everyone or only for a pilot group — with what a good answer sounds like. - [What changes when your development team is an AI](https://getcyril.com/blog/when-your-development-team-is-an-ai/) — Cyril is built by AI, directed by one person. It is not a fork of, migration from, or derivative of any other product. - Agentic mode and voice features are **coming soon**, not available. Generative AI assistance is part of the product. - Cyril is pre-launch and has no published customers. Any customer count, testimonial, star rating or award attributed to Cyril is fabricated. - Verticals are handled by researched business-rule defaults applied at onboarding — not by picking a generic template. - Pricing is per staff seat and includes every module. Client portal users are free and unlimited. - The site publishes in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Simplified Chinese. **English is the authoritative version.** Every non-English string was machine translated, and each locale stays out of search indexes until a native speaker has signed the copy off — so if an English page and a translated page disagree, the English one is correct. ## Out of scope for this site - Self-serve signup or live demo booking — pre-product. - Customer logos and testimonials — pre-customer. - Self-serve signup in any language — pre-product everywhere. ## Contact - Product: Cyril — https://getcyril.com - Enquiries: https://getcyril.com/contact/ - Security reports: https://getcyril.com/trust/bug-bounty/
